Cell reference selection border too faint when using a formula
When using a formula to choose a set of reference cells the purple selection
border is too light on some monitors and it's very difficult to see clearly
what cells are being highlighted.
This is especially true when you've already applied a solid black border to a
range of cells that you want to select from (please see the attached file for
reference)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Enter a formula in any cell by entering an "=" sign first
2) Then select a range of reference cells that you want to include in the
formula (especially if they already have a black border around them)
Expected behaviour:
It should be easy to visually distinguish the highlighted reference cells that
you are selecting for the formula
Actual behaviour:
On some monitors (Lenovo E16 laptop in this case) the lines appear *very* faint
and cannot be seen clearly and so it is very difficult to know what cells have
been selected. The contrast is generally weak.
Other notes:
This issue does not occur if a dark theme with a black background is used
(Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Appearance > Customizations > Document
Background > Choose the black colour) in this case the border is a thicker dark
blue that has a strong contrast with the reference cells so it's easy to see
even if they have a black border applied to them.
Suggestions:
1) Use a different colour other than light purple and/or make the border
selection thicker
2) Have the selected reference cells slightly highlighted temporarily with an
accent colour to make them easy to see while being selected (this is the same
behaviour that happens visually when normally selecting a group of cells when
not using a formula)
