Description:
When trying to open files (docx, ods, pdf etc) containing for example "å" "ä"
"ö" this fails with the message "Error - The operation on /filepath/filename
was started with an invalid parameter."
While if one removes the "offending" character it will open without any issue,
it is a slightly annoying workaround.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save a document where the filename contains at least on of the chars
mentioned. E.g: "Instruktion - Felsökning"
2. Close document
3. Open the document
Actual Results:
Receive an error message. "Error - The operation on /filepath/filename was
started with an invalid parameter."
Expected Results:
Libre office should open the document.
Reproducible: Always
