Indeed that's a wontfix/cannot fix from our end, newer python just requires
it/Windows 7 doesn't provide it anymore/is no longer officially supported.

I will take this however as a bug for the update mechanism, it should not
update users from Windows 7 to the version that is no longer supported.

I disabled the updating for now, so you can reinstall 25.2.7 and it won't
update you to the unsupported version.

If you want to use 25.8.x or newer, you can do so without the python
components, meaning primarily the writing aids that cause python to initialize
and causing the issue, or use the wine based dll suggested by Ilmari
