            Bug ID: 171458
Summary: Export Slide Show to OBS Studio 720p 1080p YouTube,
                    LibreOffice Impress Presentation
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.4.7.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I created a slide show for use with Open Broadcast Studio for a YouTube Video.

I set in impress the canvas size of 33.87 cm (1280) and 19.05 cm (720) and
created 30 slides.

I then wanted to save all 30 slides as .jpeg files (1.jpg, 2.jpg etc) and then
copy all the files into an OBS folder in which OBS will play them all as a
slide show.

Problem1: It seems that impress will only allow me to to export (save) the
slides as a single .jpg file, only one file at a time, and hence save each file
with a different name 30 times. Where is the option to save “all slides as
.jpg’s all at once”?

Problem2: I tried using the HTML export but it only allow a max high resolution
of 1024x768 pixels which is not of broadcast size. In OBS it looks really wired
as the slides are smaller in size when used with 720p and 1080p slides.

To promote Impress as a tool for Broadcasting videos for YouTube and others,
this needs to be looked at and enhanced within the next version release.

Possibly a NEW Feature, when you create a new file, for a slide show. a menu
option is for broadcast 1024x768 and broadcast 1920x1080 canvas sizes and a
export broadcast of each canvas size to .jpg files

If someone could pass this onto the design team. I would be so helpful, Thank
You,

BTW. I am new to Mint OS and to LibreOffice. I am amazed at all the work and
effort that has made this software so powerful.
