-1, to preload an Appearance theme.

Shipping with default 'Automatic' and *no* appearance theme(s) installed is
much more stable cross platform. Preferentially allowing os/DE to control
response to its own Light/Dark color sense.

As to bundling any of the appearance theme extensions, as Heiko noted we
already provide the button link for a filtered mini listing of the 'Theme'
extensions and motivated users can find both the appearance themes and
instructions for use.

That is no different than the legacy Mozilla personalization's that we carried
for ages.

And given the current unwieldly methods to remove an installed appearance theme
(manual editing within user profile) it is better to be conservative on
bundling--allow users to continue to peruse the offered appearance themes from
the Extensions server.
