Description:
If you create a new autoformat delete it because it went wrong, and then
recreate it, the replacement doesn't work until you restart Writer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create table autoformat.
2.Delete it.
3.Create a new but different autoformat with the same name
4.Use it and the old one still takes effect.
5.Restart Writer and the new one now takes effect.
Actual Results:
New autoformat doesn't take effect without a restart
Expected Results:
New autoformat should take effect without a restart
