I tested both attachment 206395 and attachment 206407.

They seemed to have opened the document perfectly fine.

I scrolled up, down, and clicked around for a while. Couldn't find a trace of
any crazy CPU usage or anything.

SEPARATE BUG NOTE: The only thing I notice is missing "white squares" in those
bullet point lists on:

- bottom-middle of Page 3
- top of Page 10

but that should be reported as a separate bug. :)
