He means (IIUC) that we have keys - on an ideal keyboard, not necessarily on a user's physical keyboard - named "Page Up" and "Page Down", and we have a document with pages, but pressing "Page Up" or "Page Down" does not actually do what the name of the key says. Now, on his personal laptop, he doesn't have that key, so he needs to press Fn+NumPad3 or Fn+NumPad9 to get PgUp or PgDn, but the request is not about the Fn key on laptops, at all. It is about when LO receives a PgDn keypress, never minding how it was triggered. And indeed, suppose that you: 1. Open Danat's Kitab Al-Afghantio document. 2. Place the cursor at the top of some page that's not the first not the last. Say, page 2. 3. Set the zoom level to fit the entire page in your window (in other cases, the meaning of moving to the next page is a bit muddled, so let's focus). 4. Press PgDn. 5. Press PgUp. 6. Press PgUp. Expected result (well, maybe): After step (4.), you see all of page 3 and the cursor is at its beginning. After step (5.), you see all of page 2 and the cursor is at its beginning. After step (6.), you see all of page 1 and the cursor is at its beginning. Actual result: Depending on the document, but - typically... After step (4.), you'll see some of page 2 and some of page 3, with the cursor at the beginning of page 3. After step (5.) , you'll see all of page 2, with the cursor at the beginning of page 2 - as expected. After step (6.) , you'll see some all of page 1, but with the cursor at the beginning of a line that's some way down below the beginning of page 1.
