Problem description: Cells set to wrap text do not resize correctly when cell
values change.
Steps to reproduce:
1. right click on a cell and select "Formet Cells..."
2. under the "Alignment" tab, select "Wrap text automatically
3. change text length of the cell
4. observe that it doesn't resize correctly most of the time
Current behavior:
Expected behavior:
If I select text wrap, then the text should wrap, and the cell should resize as
needed to fit that text, and shrink when the text gets shorter.
