Description:
In LibreOffice Draw, some text boxes containing dates become invisible in
normal view although the text still exists.
Double-clicking the text box enters edit mode and the text becomes visible
again.
When exporting or printing the document to PDF directly from LibreOffice, the
missing dates/text are also absent from the generated PDF.
However, when the same document is converted to PDF using an external online
conversion service, the dates appear correctly.
Please note that this is a new issue and that all files of the same type are
now affected by the same display problem.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Draw document containing text boxes with dates.
2. Observe that some text/date fields are invisible in normal view.
3. Double-click the text box.
4. The hidden text becomes visible while editing.
5. Export or print the document to PDF from LibreOffice.
6. Observe that the dates/text are missing from the generated PDF.
7. Convert the same file to PDF using an external online converter.
8. Observe that the dates appear correctly in the externally generated PDF.
Actual Results:
Some text/date fields are invisible in LibreOffice Draw.
The text only becomes visible while editing the text box.
PDF files generated directly from LibreOffice also miss the dates/text.
Expected Results:
Text/date fields should remain visible at all times and should appear correctly
in exported PDF files.
