Description:
In the past certain windows contained tabs at their top.
A GUI redesign has put these items that were once tabs, now in a sidebar on the
left side of certain windows.
Some window examples....
Calc - Customize window
Calc - Format Cells window
Writer - Customize window
Suggesting to allow mouse scroll wheel when mouse cursor is hovered over this
left sidebar area, which would advance selected section being viewed to the
next or previous category above or below.
Allowing user to cycle viewing through each of the categories in this sidebar.
Very similar to how many applications allow you to do this when scrolling mouse
over tabs.
