The first thing you do when printing is choosing a printer, then you set up the rest. But if the the printer is remembered the focus could be on number of copies. This is just my opinion. Lets see other opinions. For example, in Chrome, when using Print the number of copies is not even available on screen, you choose the printer, the pages you want to print and the layout, and you need to press More settings to open another view where you choose paper size, and then the number of copies.
