Description:

Libre Office 26.2.3.2 on MacOS 26.5, Apple Silicon
Adjusting Image Transparency Is Having No Effect.
With doc1.odt open, I used 'insert image'. With image selected, then
right-click,
Wrap 'in the background'
Properties 'Wrap, Through'
Properties 'Transparency'.
Transparency percentage defaults to 50%.
Adjusting the percentage number has no effect on the opacity.
I need the image to be roughly 10% opaque so that the words on the page are
completely readable.
Any help is very appreciated!

Steps to Reproduce:
With doc1.odt open, I used 'insert image'. With image selected, then
right-click,
Wrap 'in the background'
Properties 'Wrap, Through'
Properties 'Transparency'.
Transparency percentage defaults to 50%.
Adjusting the percentage number has no effect on the opacity of the image.

Actual Results:
no change in image opacity of the inserted image

Expected Results:
The transparency jpg behind the text would reduce opacity
