Description:
When switching the keyboard layout in Windows 10 with right Ctrl+Shift -
LibreOffice Writer switches the input direction to RTL. Visa versa - left
Ctrl+Shift - to LTR.
However, this is just a keyboard layout switch, not a hotkey. This shouldn't
happen. In Windows, this keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift is possible for switching
keyboard layouts.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right Ctrl+Shift
2. left Ctrl+Shift
3. You will see as even icons is switching
Actual Results:
Switching RTL <-> LTR
Expected Results:
This is just a keyboard layout switch, not a hotkey. This shouldn't happen. In
Windows, this keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift is possible for switching keyboard
layouts.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

It really gets in the way when entering and editing text.
