Column names are fine when not at page break
Tested in 26.2.2.2 and issue persist. Just resaving ODT fixes issue but we use
PDF conversion from ODT and that still creates PDF with missing column headers
Issue is reproducible every single time.
Attaching 2 files where same table.
When table rows overflow to next page, existing page loses column names
