Description:
Download and Installing not the last version of LO (for stability issues), when
start LO this automatically try to upgrade from internet. This is very bad if
you don't have ad fast internet, LO try and try and try again to download and
you aren't able to start LO.
Also in normal use is a very bad idea to automatize the upgrade of LO, because
sometime the last version is buggy.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start the first time new installed LO

try and try to download upgrade before start LO, you aren't able to start if
internet il slow
Expected Results:
Only start installed LO
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
