I was able to bibisect a couple of them with the test file:
MM-DD-YY
MM-DD-YY HH:MM
MM-DD-YY HH:MM AM/PM

(This one changes again below, but I included it for the sake of
tracking)MM-DD-YY goes from "OK" to "BAD" at:

The following formats go from "OK" to "INCONSISTENT":
MM-DD-YY HH:MM

and MM-DD-YY changes from "BAD" to "INCONSISTENT"
