--- Comment #1 from Volodymyr <[email protected]> ---
I noticed that the bug report is currently marked as affecting Linux, but I
wanted to check whether the behavior could also be reproduced on Windows, as it
seemed like a potentially cross-platform issue.

Could not reproduce the reported workflow on Windows.

In both tested versions, the border width setting applies to all borders
created by the selected preset. After applying the full border preset and
changing the line width, both inner and outer borders are updated
simultaneously. I could not find a way in the Sidebar Properties panel to
assign different widths to inner and outer borders separately.

Tested with:

Version: 26.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
Build ID: 680(Build:0)
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 22631); UI render: Skia/Raster;
VCL: win
Locale: uk-UA (uk_UA); UI: uk-UA
Calc: CL threaded

and

Version: 26.2.2.2 (X86_64)
Build ID: 1f77d10d6938fd34972958f64b2bcfa54f8b1ba5
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 22631); UI render: Skia/Raster;
VCL: win
Locale: uk-UA (uk_UA); UI: uk-UA
Calc: CL threaded
