To reproduce, do this:
1. Create a QR-code, for example from an URL, in Writer or Draw.
2. Export only the selection to PNG image. The proposed dimension is too low
(7.41 mm).
The got PNG picture is all black and unusable.
But all work fine with other format (SVG, etc.).
Libreoffice from Debian Linux.
