Description:
Sometimes I view the Sheet Tab Bar located at the bottom of Calc window as
"tabs", similar to modern web browsers offer tabs.
A very common action is to be able to use your mouse scroll wheel in that tab
bar to cycle through tabs.
However in Calc the mouse scroll wheel in the Sheet Tab Bar performs a
horizontal scroll through your tabs if there are more tabs then can be viewed
on your screen.
Suggesting to offer a setting that would allow user to be able to toggle
between two different behaviors for how mouse scroll wheel functions.
Actual Results:
CURRENT BEHAVIOR
MSW = horizontal scroll of sheet tab bar
CTRL+MSW = no action
SHIFT+MSW = no action
I would probably consider allowing one of these "no action" based mouse scroll
actions to perform a cycling view through tabs, just so this setting would be a
true toggle.
Expected Results:
SUGGESTED BEHAVIOR
MSW = cycle view focus through sheet tab bar
SHIFT+MSW = horizontal scroll of sheet tab bar

Although sometimes I do not like this behavior, I would make when the view gets
to the beginning or end that the mouse scroll wheel would go from
beginning to end
and
end to beginning
