Bug ID: 172470
Summary: [EDITING] Parts or whole of inserted SVG image
disappear after rotation
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 26.2.4.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Draw
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
Issue 1: Insert a .svg image -> rotate x degrees -> if x is other than 0, 90,
180, or 270, elements in the image disappear (they reappear if the image is
rotated to 0, 90, 180, or 270 degrees)
Issue 2: Insert a .svg image -> crop it -> rotate x degrees -> if x is other
than 0, 90, 180, or 270, part of the image disappear as if cropped (it
reappears if the image is rotated to 0, 90, 180, or 270 degrees)
The issues only happened to some svg images I tried. What set the problematic
images apart include 1) they contain black, vertical lines, which are what
disappeared in Issue 1, and 2) they are a lot wider than they are tall
(width:height = 7.4:1).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a .svg image
2. rotate x degrees (x is not 0, 90, 180, or 270)
Actual Results:
elements in the image disappear
Expected Results:
elements in the image should still be there (rotated with the rest of the
image)
Reproducible: Always
