This has been introduced with https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/187741.
Seems to allow to switch from one view to another (via uno:CurrentSheetVIew
after running "New Sheet View"/.uno:NewSheetView). Some other commands allow to
switch between the views.
