According to bug 172516 my computer's OpenCL installation is suspect, since it
performs incorrect calculations. After manually turning off OpenCL in LO-Calc
options, I find the option is greyed out and I can't turn it back on again. So
Calc has determined that there is an OpenCL problem.
I propose that LO-Calc make this determination automatically at startup,
regardless of the user option, and disable the use of OpenCL for at least the
current session when OpenCL is found to be unreliable.
