Description:
When clicking on a cell of a table in LibreOffice Writer the cursor is formed
at the location of the mouse pointer within the cell and creates empty spaces
that has to be deleted before typing in. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a table with multiple columns and rows 
2.Click at the middle of the new cell.
3.Count the number of spaces it created

Actual Results:
it creates unnecessary spaces

Expected Results:
The cursor should form at the start of the cell if it is left aligned or center
of the cell if it is center aligned and so on
