In the video, we see a table where the cell padding has been set to zero. With the default padding of 0.1 cm, the cell border hit area will not interfere with the placement of the cursor. Succes, but after multiple attempts. In the video, we see the mouse is being moved over the cell to the left. This leads to completely selecting both cells. There are other ways to select paragraphs. If the paragraph is a single sentence, you can select it with triple-clicking it with the mouse. If it has multiple sentences, use four clicks.
