Description:
Click on a Writer or Calc file and get the BCOD (Blue Circle of Death) for a
few seconds, then nothing.
This happened right after an automated update.
Tried rebooting, no change.

Click on a file icon, get BCOD and then nothing
Expected Results:
Click on a file and it opens.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
After the software update, files should have opened normally.
