With https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70102#c43 being fixed,
there is new mechanism for showing RTL icon. Instead of flipped the icon,
LibreOffice now use proper icon theme. There are bunch of already RTL version
of icon files in
1. icon-themes/<icon-name>/cmd/ar should be moved to
icon-themes/<icon-name>/cmd/rltb
2. icon-themes/<icon-name>/cmd/32/ar should be moved to
icon-themes/<icon-name>/cmd/rltb/32
(Actually the used of dedicated 32 directory make this listing confusing)
There is need also to modify links.txt definition on each icon-theme.
