Description:
LibreOffie will not start after new installation, only update is starting once
with no result, even after restart or uninstallation and new installation
Steps to Reproduce:
1.double click on Libreoffice icon
2.

Actual Results:
LibreOffice does not start, only trying to Update
Expected Results:
normal start after double click on icon
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
can't enter help, because software doesn't start
