--- Comment #13 from Julien Nabet <[email protected]> --- The pb with your Windbg trace is it isn't really one. I mean it shows dll loaded and this kind of stuff but not a stacktrace/backtrace per se. Take a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fppBTs215yc (indicated in this link: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#Windows:_How_to_get_a_backtrace) Here are some ideas to try in safe mode for each cases the time to test: - do you have a specific antivirus? (anything else from Windows Defender) if yes, disable it - do you have a printer? if yes, unplug it - do you use any specific fonts? (I mean did you install ones or you just use the by default ones) if yes, disable them Finally could you confirm you installed LO on a local hard disk, not a network share or something? Do you have a Windows with x86-64 or ARM processor? Indeed you must have the right LO package (see https://fr.libreoffice.org/download/, I provide the French url since I suppose you're French considering the error messages) corresponding to your processor. Also, if you use Java, install a 64 bits version a 32 bits versions won't work with LO which is in 64 bits. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
