Description:
After being prompted to update to version 26.2.4 in a Japanese Windows
environment, existing Excel files began to display incorrectly. Uninstalling
this version and reinstalling the latest stable version, 25.8.7, resolves the
issue; however, every time I launch LibreOffice, I am prompted to run
Updater.exe, and I have to cancel it each time.
It would be best not to recommend updating to unstable versions.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open an existing Excel file with gridlines
Actual Results:
Some of the Lines are Misalignment to the right.
Expected Results:
I reinstalled the previous version, and the problem was resolved.

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Fix the display misalignment, and do not encourage users to update to the
latest version until the bug fixes are complete.
