Filter criteria dialog screenshot

For this example it would be useful to filter the Total Result column (the
rightmost column) to remove rows which have 0 for the Total Result.

In principle the same could be asked for the Total Result row at the bottom to
remove columns.

The UI approach I suggest is to add entries to the field names dropdown list in
the Filter criteria dialog box (one for the Total Result column, and one for
the Total Result row), when the corresponding "Show totals" checkbox is filled
in the Options area of the Pivot Table Layout dialog box.
