bug table style properties, edit does not show true values

In librewriter,

1) Copy / paste a table.
2) Be sure all chars inside table are 16 font size.
3) Choose academic style,
4) Edit Academic style
5) Changing only font size from 12 to 8. Apply.
4) Only first row (title), and end row are font changed.
5) Try again to edit academic style in that table (all table must be selected)
6) Choose from properties (elements) eg. odd rows or odd columns,
7) REWRITE "8" font size, even it appears in the options.
8) Apply. Table font in specific cells is changed.

So many years i use LO, this behavior is standard. It is awful, time consuming,
and it is a bug. MY bad that i didnt reported this previously.

By changing whatever element in the table, it must applied. Also,
properties/element menu must EXPLICITY present the TRUE values/states on all
table properties.

Also, it missing an option APPLY to the whole table in the properties/element
menu of edit tables style.
