Description:
I requested a download of the odf version of the 26.2 Calc document via
LibreOffice.com > Get help > documentation and guides online >
https://nextcloud.documentfoundation.org/apps/user_saml/saml/notProvisioned. I
was asked for login credentials and then it went to the site which returned:

Account not provisioned.
Your account is not provisioned, access to this service is thus not possible.

Had to first create account. Worked fine, but multiple attempts to download
docs got the above error.
