Description:
I tried to open Writer and got a message that updates were bring installed.
When the update was complete Libre Office would not run at all.
I thought of uninstalling and reinstalling, but could not find earlier version
to download, Am running Windows 10 32 bit
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Writer or Libre Office to start it

Actual Results:
A small blue circle appears for about 5 seconds then goes away. Nothing loads
Expected Results:
Loaded Writer with space to start a new document.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Tried System Restore, but it failed, reporting a problem with Dropbox
