Math's Matrix dialog does not have a Help button
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #172790 +++
The recent MATH matrix editor (bug#171830) does not have a Help button.
Step to reproduce
1) Open Math module
2) Insert a matrix with the matrix dialog.
Actual result
No Help button.
Expected results
Add Help button.
Note: Adding the Help button to the UI file will enable the Help process
automatically (usually it does not require to touch the controller)
