Description:
in a cell in a table in Writer the cursor is now leaving behind artifacts of
where it was positioned even after the cursor has been moved to another area of
the table 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.in an open writer table document place the cursor in a cell in the table and
enter something, then place the cursor in a different cell, an artifact of the
cursor's previous place position will no disappear and remain there
