Reason being that in assembling the nodes to make up a full OLE formula object, users need to pick from standard (Latin based Modern notation) functions in addition to the localized functions needed for their notation. A single 'Functions' content panel with collapsible sub panels for each "notation system" for user to show/hide as appropriate might provide better work flow.
