Those would be: 1. to set a fixed canvas width/app frame (for AF of subsequent documents) that the Web view would use to calculate its text wrap. 2. provide an option in UI (Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer 'View' (or maybe 'General' panel) to Open an ODF Text document directly into the Web view (excluding case .HTM, .HTML, .XHTML that trigger Writer Web mode). 3. little known, but Web view does internally structure a page--10 meters in height! => NAB bug 160890, but that page height in addition to width might also be appropriate if providing means to tweak the Web view layout.
