Work regarding bug 146161 changed the button "Open" to "New From Template" in
the Templates dialog, which clarifies things for new users. Thanks for this.
However, there are also two other places (that I've found so far) that do the
same operation (creating a new file based on a chosen template) but still use
"Open" UI string:
1. Context (right-click) menu in the Templates dialog.
2. Context menu in the "Templates" page of Start Center.
These two strings should also be changed to "New From Template".
