Per Google AI: "This behavior strongly indicates that the initial blank WindowState values in the profile registry are directly triggered by a layout caching/scaling mismatch or coordinate misinterpretation linked specifically to the 1920 x 1200 extended display identification data (EDID) layout profile under Windows 11."
