            Bug ID: 173050
Summary: Most slide transition effects broken on KF6 and QT6
                    VCLs on Linux Wayland
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.5.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Effects such as FADE, TILES, CUBES, CIRCLES, HELIX, FALL, TURN, IRIS, etc. are
incorrectly rendered. The effect is applied only on a portion of the slide that
is also shifted to the right and to the bottom of the screen. When the effect
terminates the slide is suddendly correctly displayed.

- The effects play fine on the GTK3 VCL and on the GEN VCL
- The effects play fine on the KF6 and QT6 VCLs forcing X11 mode
(QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb)

Seen on Intel graphics (two different laptops with different graphic cards,
both intel). Tested on Manjaro Linux with the distribution packages. Disabling
hardware acceleration in libreoffice options does not make any difference.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a presentation using LibO with the KF6 or QT6 VCL.
2. Set the transition effect to FADE
3. Play the presentation

Actual Results:
Even if the slides are ultimately visible, the transition effects are rendered
incorrectly and won't leave a professional impression on the audience.

Expected Results:
The transition effects should play correctly.

Reproducible: Always
