Description:
would be useful to have alphabetical indexes filtered by user index types.
in the index definition, next to the <user index>, put a checkbox for
alphabetical (which would show the alphabetical options)
the same will happen as for alphabetical indexes in general, but only for user
entries of the specified user entry type.
or vice versa: for the alphabetical index, present next to it a dropdown for
"general" and all the user entries types.
i think, you get the idea.
