I am writing multi page chapters of what will become a book, and finding that
if I am reading back over the chapter, when I use the page down option, which I
am doing via the page down key on the numeric keypad, with Num Lock off, the
movement of the page is undershooting by 5 lines, if I move the cursor down
those 5 lines before pressing page down again, the move is correct, if I don't
move the cursor, the next page displayed, the cursor will now be 10 or 12 lines
short of the expected position.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open document set display to show entire page, and position cursor to bottom
of page
2.page down using numeric 3 with num lock off
3.page will advance but be 5 lines short of the bottom of the next page

Actual Results:
Page will advance, with cursor in the wrong position to the position expected
