Description:
in alphabetical indexes, there are two "areas" (however to call that), which
can/ should be styled. there is the normal index entry line, but additionally
to it, there is the repeating occurence, which cannot be styled. (like with
brackets around each occurence or, LINKS! "LS" and "LE")
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create an "alphabetical index"
2. entries pane, structure line, can have "page no" or "HI", which are
repeating
Actual Results:
no possibility to choose either separator or link for the repeating items
Expected Results:
some sort of a second "level" or structure-line to specify styling for the
repeating items
