On Arch Linux, I installed https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/wev/

If I run wev and test by activating Num Lock and pressing the decimal key, I
get:
sym: KP_Separator (65452), utf8: ','

In KDE keyboard options I have nothing selected.
