Whether it's apartments, luxury villas, manicured green zones or play areas and community facilities, the township offers various facets I can pick for dissection, from an investment and value point of view. I enjoy poring overmaster plans, floor plans, specifications, amenity specifications and value-adds the location offer – all this before deciding to pass judgment on any apartment-focused project. I’m fascinated also by the architecture and the way a smart community has planned for ease of movement, community interaction and fostering better neighbourly ties.
