Andy <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version|26.2.1.2 release |26.8.0.3 release --- Comment #7 from Andy <[email protected]> --- Hi, while struggling to cope with the persistent bug on math formulas not resizing correctly, I discovered that also formula objects created with the latest release 26.8 do not work if you copy and paste them! In other words: 1. create a formula (embedded in a calc file) with the desired size (eg. 18). 2. duoble click and reopen it, then resize it to size 14. The result is correct. 3. now copy the same formula and paste it is another sheeet of the same file. 4. double click on the pasted formula and try to resize it to 14 or another different size. At first it seems to behave correctly and take sthe new size 5. however when you click elsewhere to end the editing, the formula goes back to the previous size! It is easy to see that working with a doc that includes a lot of formulas become very awkward. So I plead to anyone that could help solve this regression to help! Please help. P.S. I have tried put the importance of this to a higher level because for people working with formulas in LO this is really making things difficult. Moreover in little more than a month's time I will have to start teaching to students working with formulas continuously, but I really cannot propose to use LO with such a problem... However I cannot change the importance level... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
