PivotTables currently support a "Totals Row" and a "Totals Column" - those are
Grand Totals. We should also offer subtotals, over all values of inner fields
over the outer field. So, if the column fields are city and state, and we have:
| UK | China |
| Manchester | Leeds | Chongqing | Hangzhou |
then we would get a subtotals column for Manchester + Leeds, and one for
Chongqing + Hangzhou.
Excel offers these, for rows as well as columns, and so should ve.
