IIUC, the PivotTable layout we currently produce is the "Outline Form", using
MS Excel terms. Well, we should also offer the Compact Form, and more
importantly (for me anyway) - the pure Tabular form. I find that one really
useful, because it really is just like a regular table you would create
manually or semi-automatically in Excel.
So, let's implement that and also offer commands / a command for (re)applying
different PT lay outs.
