It is just "eye candy" with no functional advantage. At its core MUFFIN for the Notebook Bar of all flavors is simple framework to present UNO controls as alternative to full function Toolbars and Menus. All flavors are a static layout kludge with minimal framework to adjust what is rendered. Focus for all flavors should be correct function: keyboard navigation, accessibility, scaling/visibility.
